Resolving resistance to cooperative interchange, or how to get your family and colleagues to be cooperative
How we talk often determines how people respond to us. We learn to talk at a very young age and many of those patterns are carried with us through life. If we encounter resistance to our communications, these communication patterns may be influencing this.
This presentation will provide the basics for effective communication by providing ways to change the way we communicate so as to minimize such resistance and get people to be more cooperative.
These methods have a calming effect and are effective in nearly all situations, whether with family, school, work or social situations.
David Bernstein helps individuals, teams and organizations to untangle conflict, achieve cooperation and develop effective communication.
